The Ultralite XTREME is an ergonomic design that facilitates repairing a full range of punctures and especially those with the most heavy duty treads up to 1-1/8” thick. The substantial end cap has a broad flat surface that can even be tapped with a hammer to assist plug insertion. Machined from billet aircraft 6061 aluminum, it’s robust but still ultra-light at only 2.5 ounces. It also features an interior compartment for storing spare repair plugs and other accessories.

Engineered especially for repairing punctures in heavy duty tubeless tires for cars, trucks, ATV’s, campers, motor homes, RVs and tractors with a maximum tire thickness of 1-1/8” and a minimum thickness of 3/16” at the point of the puncture. Easy-to-use, neat and clean. No need for “reamers,” messy glues or solvents. Just plug the tire and you’re ready to go.
